Patrons are responsible for all audio-visual
equipment and materials borrowed until the
return to Room 317, Seaton Hall. Demonstrable
gross neglect or abuse of equipment
and/or materials resulting in loss or damage will
incur a damage fee not to exceed the
replacement cost or repair of the item(s). Patrons
should take care not to lend the equipment or materials as financial responsibility will
remain with the patron.
Damage fees will be assessed by the Director of the Krider
Center. The Center's Advisory
Committee will hear cases of appeal and, as needs be, cases
of habitual neglect and/or abuse. Unresolved cases will be referred to the Dean of the
College for final action.
